We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our busy team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.
Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to patients to address their functional and aesthetic needs.
Provide high-quality clinical care, including \"bread and butter\" dentistry (composite restorations, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery).
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
Collaborate with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Washington (or ability to obtain).
Active DEA and CPR/BLS certifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle and empathetic chairside manner.
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental technologies and techniques.
